I am training as a Classic Barber, though I don't look too excited in this photo, I am enjoying it and want to learn as much as I can in order to be of value to my clients. It is not just about getting a haircut or a shave, it is about the knowledge your barber has and the experience they can provide for you. Along with my regular studies, I am gaining knowledge out side of the shop. This is what sparked me to take on this experiment that I am documenting. The product I am using is a generic brand. The instructions state apply 1 mL of solution to vertex twice a day. Don't wash hair for at least 4 hours after application, but you can use styling products as normal after application absorbs and dries.
Base Line Shot
I have your typical (vertex) male pattern baldness. Being a Barber (In Training) I would like to not live the old saying "Never trust a bald Barber! They won't respect your hair." Even though it is not true, I would still like to see is this product will return hair growth in this area. I have very fine hair that grows in that space so I have hope that is will thicken and grow.
This also gives me the opportunity to use a product on myself that I may be asked by a client about its efficacy. It is a little too bright in the first picture so I too a close up. The directions say it could take one to two months to see progress. I will review the results every week and write any advise along with those updates.
